Administration

This section is for department admins and platform admins. Department admins manage users, documents, and settings within their own department. Platform admins have the same controls across the whole workspace. The audit log pages are also relevant to security admins.

  • Users & roles — assign roles to your users and understand what each role grants.
  • Workspace settings — the workspace name, featured assistants, and language preferences.
  • Tool registry — review, enable, and disable the business tools agents are allowed to call.
  • Audit log — the immutable activity record, filtering, CSV export, and the usage and cost view.
