Microsoft Teams

When your organisation connects Microsoft Teams, Zahen posts notifications to a Teams channel — handy for keeping a team or an operations channel in the loop.

What you’ll see

A tidy card lands in the connected channel when a task finishes or needs approval, with a link back to the request in Zahen. These are the same events behind the in-app notifications.

Today’s limits

  • Teams notifications go to a channel, not to individual direct messages.
  • You act in the web app from the card’s link — starting assistants and approving from inside Teams isn’t available yet.
