A tour of the workspace

Once you’re signed in, here’s what you’re looking at.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is how you move around. It’s grouped by what you’re doing:

• Workspace
  • Dashboard — an at-a-glance overview of your workspace.
  • Agent Workspace — ask a question and get a grounded answer. See Asking questions.
  • Agent Tasks — start and follow multi-step tasks. See Agent tasks.
  • Knowledge — browse the documents available to you.
• Governance
  • Approvals — review tasks waiting on a human decision (for approvers). See Approvals.
  • Audit Log — the append-only activity record, with a usage & cost view. See Audit log.
• Administration (admins only)
  • Document Upload, Tool Registry, Settings. See Administration.

You’ll only see the items your role allows — see What your role lets you do.

Switching language

Zahen is available in English and العربية (Arabic). Use the language toggle in the top bar to switch. When you choose Arabic, the whole interface flips to right-to-left automatically.

Along the top you’ll find where you are (breadcrumbs), a search box, the language toggle, and your account.
